Anthony Antinarella

Anthony, the founder of Rebel Training, is a highly experienced personal trainer and competitive jujitsu athlete with over 10 and 15 years of experience in each field. He is known for his hard work and consistency and has successfully trained over 500 clients throughout his career. With multiple certifications, including CSEP, the Canadian Center for Strength and Recovery, Combat Kickboxing, DTS, Primal Movement Patterns and more, he knows how to get the job done. His passion for fitness was further strengthened after a life-threatening heart surgery that he underwent. Ultimately, he is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Jake pilon
As a certified personal trainer with Rebel, Jake has been helping clients transform their bodies, minds, and health for the past four years. He has been a dedicated member of our team from the start, and continues to inspire clients to make healthy lifestyle choices. Through his wealth of experience and knowledge, Jake aims to build confidence and guide clients towards achieving their fitness goals. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, from those seeking transformations to those focused on general fitness and rehabilitation. Nothing makes him more pumped up than sharing his passion for health and fitness in the hopes that his fitness journey can inspire others as well!

Kimberly​
Kimberly has always had a passion for athletics, particularly track and field. From a young age, she demonstrated exceptional talent and determination, quickly making a name for herself as a track athlete . Her dedication to the sport not only earned her numerous accolades but also instilled in her a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges athletes face.
With a strong academic background, Kimberly pursued her education in exercise science and nutrition, equipping herself with the knowledge to become a certified trainer. Over the past decade, she has built a reputable career as a personal trainer, specializing in women’s health and weight loss. Her approach is holistic, focusing not just on physical fitness but also on encouraging mental well-being and fostering a positive body image.
What sets Kimberly apart is her commitment to inclusivity in fitness. She has a particular passion for working with special needs clients, creating custom programs tailored to their individual abilities and goals. Kimberly believes that everyone deserves access to health and wellness resources, and she takes pride in empowering her clients to achieve their personal best, regardless of their starting point.
Outside of her professional life, Kimberly is a devoted dog owner. She shares her home with two lovable dogs, who not only provide companionship but also serve as her workout buddies. Whether it’s a jog in the park or a leisurely walk, Kimberly finds joy in integrating her love for fitness with her love for her pets.

Jessie parsons
Coach Jessie is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with a background in football and competitive Olympic weightlifting. He has been coaching for three years in various settings such as fitness centers, chiropractic clinics, cross training facilities, mobile in-home, and private studios. This broad experience has allowed him to work with both youth and non-youth athletes, as well as clients recovering from injuries, looking to lose weight, and those simply seeking general fitness. Under Coach Jessie's guidance, clients can expect a positive and energizing atmosphere.

Courtney is a vibrant and inspiring fitness show competitor, whose journey in athletics began with gymnastics. With four years of experience as a trainer, she has not only honed her skills in fitness but has also developed a deep passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
As a trainer, Courtney is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of her clients. Her training philosophy centers on individualized approaches, recognizing that everyone has unique goals and challenges. Whether she’s working with beginners looking to get fit or experienced athletes aiming for competition-level conditioning, Courtney tailors her programs to meet each client’s specific needs.
